World Heritage

"Toledo is an ancient city perched on a hill above the plains of Castilla-La Mancha in central Spain. It was the former home of the Mannerist painter El Greco. The Puerta de Bisagra, in Moorish style, and the Puerta del Sol, in Mudéjar style, lead to the old quarter, where the Plaza de Zocodover is a lively meeting place.
